How to allow programs to access blocked Yandex?
I'm from Ukraine. Blocked Yandex, Vkontakte, Mail.Ru and more. I have the Etxt.Anti-plagiarism program, but since access to Yandex is blocked, errors constantly pop up when checking the uniqueness of the text, that Yandex is blocked, an error occurred during access, etc. Thus, as a result, the uniqueness of the text is incorrect, I tried to specify the use of a proxy in the Settings - to no avail. In online text checks, errors are also constantly knocked out that Yandex is blocked, access is limited, it could not be loaded. Tried online checks in both Extx and Advego. It turns out that access is blocked, sites do not open, the text is not checked, and the number of text uniqueness is already different.
Opera VPN is installed on the computer, access to sites is not blocked. Is it possible to somehow resume the normal operation of the Etxt Antiplagiat program, or is there another way to solve the problem. Or how to check the uniqueness of texts in a different way so that there are no errors with access to Yandex, Mail.Ru, etc.?

How to allow programs to access blocked Yandex?
You need to install a VPN service like this https://hidemy.name/ru/vpn/
Opera VPN is only for the browser, and you need to transfer the entire computer to another network.
Opera VPN is not a VPN, but a proxy,
how they relate - see approximately here
I don’t know exactly how your provider cuts - (1) simply prohibits access via IP (most likely), or (2) analyzes traffic (this is also easy ), but treatment options:
for (1) - foreign proxy, for (2) - VPN (not opera, essno)
Download the FreeU browser and you will forget about any difficulties with Russian-language sites)
