How to allow openssh to run only as a client on Arch Linux?

I only need openssh as a client to connect to my server.
I put pacman -S openssh
I was able to connect to my server, but how do I completely prevent openssh from being a server?

Do not start the sshd daemon, for example.

working proxies in public lists are about 1-2k out of 30k, train on the provider's proxy
