How to allow resources with different parents to be assigned the same aliases in MODX Revo?
MODX swears, despite the fact that global_duplicate_uri_check is set to No.

global_duplicate_uri_check No
use_alias_path Yes
If no parent is specified in the address, then the pages will have the same address. And since this is unacceptable, then MODx swears.
