On one site, it is possible to set the price manually, the one at which the client wants to purchase. Often, this cost does not satisfy the manager and the goods are sold at a different price.
How to allow the manager to change the cost (not the quantity) of each product in the order placed by the client, so that the client, in his personal account, can see the details of the order (the cost of each product indicated by the manager).

Not attentiveness :)
You can change the final cost of the goods (Total). That is, 3 pieces x 10 rubles = 27 rubles, then the cost of the goods will change from 10 rubles to 9. I think this is enough for me.
