How to allow access to the site via https?

I configured Wampserver on the computer, I configured the certificate on Vampserver. Everything works through localhost, from a remote computer on the same network it works via http, but via https it gives the error "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource."
Faced with this? What should I do to make the https access work?

If it gives a web server error, it means that the SSL handshake has passed, which means that the problem is not with the certificate, but with the web server settings or file permissions.
