How to align text to the left in a cell?

Hello, I have this simple code

\begin{document}
    \begin{tabular}{l p{170pt}}
     1. Номер страхового полиса ОМС &
     Полис ОМС единого образца: 0000000000000000 \newline
     ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ CТРАХОВАЯ МЕДИЦИНСКАЯ КОМПАНИЯ \newline
     Пенсионное страховое свидетельство: 00000000000
     \hline
    \end{tabular}
\end{document}

I have a normal first column, and the second one needs to be set to the width, but for some reason the text is aligned across the entire width, this is not beautiful! How can the text in the second column be left justified?
