How to align elements so that they are on the same level horizontally?

Good afternoon! If you only have access to the site's admin panel, how can you adjust the alignment of the data entry fields so that they are exactly on the same level, and do not move one above, the other below? (screenshot #1 attached)
The name and description for the fields are written in the plugin (screenshot #2)
