How to advertise on a one page website?

Is there a system of contextual advertising for one-page sites, the content for which is generated and loaded dynamically? Any banner systems do not count.
That is, I would like to see the work approximately as follows:
1 - the user makes a request;
2 - in accordance with this request, the site generates content;
3 - further, one or two advertising links are dynamically and relevantly added to this content;
4 - all this stuff is shown to the user.

That is, I would like to see the work approximately as follows:
1 - the user makes a request;
2 - in accordance with this request, the site generates content;
3 - further, one or two advertising links are dynamically and relevantly added to this content;
4 - all this stuff is shown to the user.

Way 1:
1 - the search engine writes a cookie to the browser, and you can "slip" your ad with a UTM-tagged link, for example: vpohod.ru?utm_source=yandex&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=palatki&utm_term=palatka_pohod& utm_content=
palatka_pohod link, the script on the site processes the content of the tag if it finds the corresponding value from its database, for example: utm_content=palatka_pohod ---> show the slider with the tent camping and texts about the tents. At this time, if you have contextual advertising blocks on your site, they read all the cookies that the user put on before entering the request "camping tent"
3 - advertising systems look at which ads will be more profitable to show right now, and as a result will show the most interesting version of their algorithm, not necessarily tent ads 4
- all this goodness is shown to the user you are driving traffic to you. In the base of the script that reads UTM tags, you add a base of ad units, in which, depending on the content of the tags, a relevant advertisement from a partner will be written. The script reads the tag, generates content and looks for a suitable ad and shows this goodness to the user.

Well, in general, contextual networks do not always use content. Do not forget that on ordinary sites there are pages with no content at all. They also use the user's history, I recently looked for a microscope, so now they show me microscopes on all sites, even on automobile ones. So just put a context block and don't worry.

In Google, you can send the page content in adwords yourself, I think there is such an opportunity in Yandex.
