How to adjust the volume on the PAM8403 chip?
There is a module on the PAM8403 chip:
With it, I want to connect a small speaker to the XBOX 360. According to the advice from the Internet, I connected variable resistors to the gap of the module and the speaker, but the volume only responds to a couple of percent of the turn, then the sound disappears. So it is not convenient to precisely regulate. I am almost not familiar with amplifiers, so I don’t know where and which resistor to connect (and articles on google contradict each other)

It is necessary to regulate not the output from the amp, but the input.
A signal to one end of the relay, the other end of the relay to ground, the engine - to the input of the board.
