How to adjust the sound level of an application in windows 7 (not in the mixer)?

There is a program (wacom tablet driver), it has a click sound when you press the pen on the tablet. There is a tablet sound setting in the mixer, but for some reason the level of this sound is not saved.
You set the desired level while you work at the PC, it stays on, it’s worth leaving for a few minutes, its sound is set to full. In other applications, the sound is kept as expected.
How can I adjust the sound of a separate application?
Or hotkeys or through a bat file, so that you poke a shortcut or button, and the sound becomes what it should be. And then I got tired of climbing into the mixer every time ...

Shouldn't the click sound be disabled in the tablet manager? Look in the "Sound Scheme", maybe there you will find a solution.
