How to adjust row height in bootstrap?

I have a section with height:100vh this is the screen and there are naturally several of them. It has container-fluid and it has from one to 3 rows. And I need to distribute them on the screen. I.e.
Where in section 1 row, it should occupy 100%, and where there are several, so that I can adjust them. And the columns inside them were compressed, or rather, they did not stick out of these row areas

Write your grid, your layout, it seems to me that there are no built-in centering tools in the bootstrap
(or I don’t know).
