How to adjust icons in Eclipse so that they are not too small on a high screen resolution?

I decided to try eclipse luna as my python development environment. But everything was too small.

How can I make the icons bigger? Looked here , but did not understand what and how to do. The javac FixIcons.javaFixIcons.java command from there produced 37 errors (jdk 1-7-0 and jdk1-8-0 ).
OS - windows 8.1, screen resolution - 3200 * 1800, scaling - 200%, eclipse version: 4.4.0
Do not offer to lower the screen resolution and set the scaling to 100% - it becomes inconvenient to read texts.

The tool at the link is configured to work with maven.
