How to adjust color in CMYK photo for printing?

Working with color

The printing house writes: "Add paint on the forehead so that there is no light spot. Reduce yellow, red and blue on the cheekbones, Reduce all paint on the right side of the face, and add blue paint on the left side and on the forehead." How to adjust the amount of colors is understandable, but how to add such colors to a photo?

First open your image file in Photoshop. then, you got to Image >Mode then select CMYK color option. Thanks
