How to add your transport schedule to Google Maps/Yandex Maps?

Good afternoon!
Colleagues such a situation. I want to offer services to transport companies and passenger carriers to add their routes to Google Maps/Yandex Maps.
But I can’t understand, do the search giants do it themselves, or can carriers (developers) provide and download route schedules and the route?
While searching, I found my question on the official forum, but since 2016 there has been no answer to it.
