How to add your application in the new chrome design?

I can’t figure out the new chrome design, before the applications were on the left in the settings menu, now there is no such thing, I need to enable developer mode and add my application from the folder

chrome://extensions/ or three dots at the top right => Additional tools => Extensions to enter the extensions menu at the top right checkmark "Developer Mode" => Download the unpacked extension
