How to add xml files to sitemap?

The sitemap is not automatically generated correctly. Links are not all valid. The site logic is a bit complicated, so one section of the site (pages are generated automatically) in the map does not display correctly. All links in the section were written manually. How to add this file to the map? So that when the map is automatically updated, the file does not fall off?
Or how can it be done differently?
