How to add universal list fields to the company card field?
Greetings.
Our managers have a ready-made template with questions in word format, which they use to communicate with clients.
I made all these questions fields of the universal list.
The essence of the list is that managers manually enter the client's answers into these fields.
Then the BP must be manually launched on the card of the company with which they communicated, and the fields from the list were entered in the "comment" field.
I intended to do this through the BP template, accessing the list directly from it, and transferring its fields to the company card through the "document change" activity, but this will not work. I am attaching the screen.
How can this be done, can you give me an idea?
