Good afternoon, there is a news info block, in which there are 2 sections, news and articles (they differ in type) and each of them has elements. The question is, how to add tags for elements? It means that through native tags and not through PROPERTIES. The problem is that even in the element they simply do not exist.

If you mean the presence of a field, then the elements of the infoblock have a field with tags initially. No need to carry out additional manipulation to make them appear.
If you mean the value in the field, then just as you set the name - in the "Tags" field, enter text separated by commas.
