How to add text under a directory in Bitrix?

There is a page on the site ../catalog , in the admin panel there is no way to place text there (or I didn’t find it, although I looked around) when editing in edit mode, if you add text under the code, it starts to be displayed in all sections of the catalog, but you only need on this page. Tell me how to solve this issue? thank!
