How to add support for response files to TCLAP?

Good afternoon!
There is a C++ library TCLAP . Its purpose is to parse command line options. Now, rewriting the code using boost.program_options, I ran into the fact that I don’t quite understand, but how to add support for response files in the code using TCLAP?
This is what is meant by Response Files in boost.

The author of the library said that there is no explicit support for this feature and that he will not address this issue soon. Have to do detours
