Import is carried out by standard means of Bitrix, in the xml file of the import for the product there are kits where the list of products is listed.
how can I change the type of this product to a set, and the goods of the set from the xml file are added to the set to the product.

As an option, remove Bitrix and never use it and advise no one. And try something less depressing and human like OpenCart
