How to add react-hot-loader, hmr (hot reload) to webpack build?

Good evening. I'm compiling an assembly for react, I ran into a problem. Can't add hot reload. I tried first through react-hot-loader, but for some reason it didn’t work in any way. How to add hmr correctly?
