How to add pseudo streaming to nginx type server?

There is a small site with videos, as a server for storing these videos I use regular nginx hosting. But the problem is that the visitor cannot rewind the video for a certain time, the player automatically starts showing the video from the beginning.
As a player I use Spruto. The technical support of this player says that the video server must support pseudo-streaming. Pseudo-streaming is already enabled in the player settings.
Question: how to enable pseudo-streaming on nginx?
