How to add price and discount on product image for feed?

I think many people have come across Facebook ads for various stores, where the price and discount (if any) are displayed on the product picture, here is an example of an outlet:

As I understand it, they generate such images and substitute links to them in the facebook feed.

Maybe there is some kind of plugin, or at least give some tips on how this can be implemented.
