How to add php script to Bitrix24?

Having studied a bunch of "water" in huge feature directories, I still did not understand how to add a simple
echo 'hello world';
in Bitrix24.
Has anyone implemented this?
It's about the "My Applications" tab.

If we are talking about the Bitrix24 cloud version, then:
1) You cannot upload an application in the php language to the Bitrix24 servers.
2) ONLY js+css+html files can be uploaded to the Bitrix24 servers (and a few more images, but this is hemorrhoids).
As for applications, you CAN embed via iframe and then you choose the programming language yourself.
