How to add php-fpm to macos startup?

Good day to all. Reconfigured the system. and there was a problem with php-fpm.
I'm trying to add it to startup - not after a reboot, it does not start.
`launchctl load -w ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.php55.plist`
fails to run manually from sudo php-fpm console
same problem with mysql too.
how to make it work?
Yosemite 10.10.1 system
nginx and mongo start freely.

I don't know, and it's not worth trying. Raise the virtual machine with Vangant and set everything up there (or better yet, automate the setup with some puppet).
