How to add Owl carousel to admin panel?

I administer a site that is located on a certain e-shop (it cannot be attributed to any of the eshops I know). There is an owl carousel on the main page. There is no functionality for adding slides in the admin panel (you have to add slides directly to the code of the main page), although other sliders are normally connected to the admin panel. How can I add functionality for adding slides to the admin panel?
