How to add new event in Outlook via link?

There was a task to add a new event to the outlook calendar using a link on the site. I saw two options:

1. Download and run the "ics" file - everything works.

2. Using a link with get-parameters to the microsoft server. Here is an example: https://ruphp.com/14079.html .


Sorry, this link doesn't work, server bay02.calendar.live.com was not found.

Tell me, please, are there alternative options with adding an event by reference? Perhaps the server address has changed? I spent several hours searching - the result is zero.
