The problem is that nothing suited me out of the ready-made solutions, there are plugins for downloading, but only one image. How to implement the desired functionality? You can use a separate button, you can, for example, like here, through a visual editor

In the press, comments are edited through hooks. In the same place, you can also use a standard press loader if necessary. But there are difficulties with the fact that a lot of code is not for the frontend, but for the admin panel on the network.
First you need to figure out how comments are displayed in general.
