How to add multiple cursor from keyboard?

Good afternoon. Recently moved from VsCode to WebStorm. VsCode had a handy feature for adding a multiple cursor using hotkeys (I have shift+alt+cmd+(down or up arrow)).
In WebStorm, I see the ability to add a multiple cursor only through ctrl+click.

There is a similar function in WebStorm, and if not, is it possible to configure it somehow?

Press Ctrl twice quickly and hold Ctrl and move the cursor with the up or down arrows
