How to add mp3 download link in wordpress?

Hello!
The built-in audio player suits me just fine. It is perfect for playing single mp3 files, it has a minimalist design and fits perfectly with the chosen theme, BUT. The file download function is really missing (a direct link is enough)
Is there a plugin that will add a DOWNLOAD button (link\image\etc) to all [audio] tags or a snippet capable of adding such a button\link
No choice needed. You need to add a link to the file to all existing players [audio]
A solution with a separate player plugin is also suitable if:

• The player has a minimalistic design in the form of a strip (bar). No playlists needed. Need to play single files
  
• The player has shortcodes.
