How to add middle name, birthday in FreeIPA?

Tell me, how is it correct (and is it possible?) to add additional fields to the employee profile in FreeIPA? Interested in patronymic, birthday, if possible - an avatar. I would like to have a directory of employees, and it would be better in a single place.
