How to add mailto: handler in Chrome 48?
I'm trying to get Chrome to open mailto: links in Gmail with no success so far.
In the settings section Personal data - Content settings - Handlers - Configure handlers , I don't see any entry, I don't see any way to add it.
Hack type
navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto","https://mail.google.com/mail/?extsrc=mailto&url=%s","Gmail");
does not work, the console outputs undefined.

The first link in the search engine. I just did it myself and it worked for me. If you have Windows 10, then you also need to select the default mail application "Chrome"
