How to make in Wordpress so that the site has localization, for example like this:

domain/ru/books
domain/en/books
domain/ko/books

I'm looking for posts on this topic, plugins, but so far I can't find anything. Maybe someone has experience?

are you sure you were looking for?
If you type wordpress multilanguage into Google, you will immediately find a bunch of options.
For example, a WPML plugin that supports 3 types of links - query parameter (?lang=en), subdomains (en.example.com) and subdirectories (example.com/en). Basically what you want

domain/ru/books
domain/en/books
domain/ko/books

And also there are a bunch of other plugins wpml, qtranslate, qtranslate-x, polylang, wpglobus
And also plugins for translating pot po mo files. PoEdit (software) or LocoTranslate (plugin)
Also useful search keywords are wordpress i18n, wordpress l10n, wordpress multilanguage, wordpress translation
