I want to add a translation to solidity.readthedocs.io this documentation. Tell me how to start? Made a fork: https://github.com/zub3r/solidity, assembled using make html. What's next?

Well, let's start with the fact that you need to translate not html, but rst - the source of the Sphinx (analogues: markdown, asciidoc).
