How to add information on top of a web page through a Wi-Fi hotspot?

How can I make sure that connected users to a Wi-Fi hotspot are shown a bar with my information over the sites?

For example, a user visits any site, and a strip with my logo, text, and a link is added to the top of the site being viewed.

PS The access point is configured by me in advance. Of course https sites.

We'll have to intercept traffic for example using squid . Then modify and give back. But on each client your root certificate will have to be installed, with which you (or rather the proxy) will sign new pages. But will anyone in their right mind use such wi-fi?

And get a lawsuit from the copyright holders of the sites that the user visits. It already happened. Normal practice is to upload your information to the captive portal and show it before authorization.
