How to add fn keyboard shortcuts?

I bought ajazz ak33 and there is an fn key, when combined with different buttons, rgb backlighting and so on are configured. So there are fn + f6 combinations there and the browser will open (there are a couple more built-in ones).

And I thought, "And I'll do fn + s and sublime will open well, and on other programs." I did something similar on the old keyboard, only there was not an fn button, but additional keys (on the edge of the keyboard).
I started trying different programs, Mkey just does not respond to the fn key, hence the combination I can not do.
What should I do? (I have win7)
Many will say, forget it, in a week you will stop using it, but I'm one of those people who, if they get excited about some idea, they will turn the whole world upside down, but they will do it. Of course, it would be better if I set more important goals for myself =)

There is a chance that it doesn't. Fn may not be sent to the driver at all - and at the keyboard firmware level, another code will immediately be sent when combined with Fn. Because there is probably no Fn + s in the firmware - then the code will be sent for s.
PS since they are so fired up with the idea and are ready to turn the whole world upside down - they could indicate the AXIS for a start.
PPS I would not advise climbing into the firmware of Claudia, and 80% that this is impossible.
