How to add files to Visual Studio 2017 c++ project?

Hello. There is a project with the following structure:
/src
/src/base/
/src/core/
...
etc.
I'm trying to import the whole thing in the "Folder View" tab of Visual Studio 2017 c++. BUT! There is no such button as it was in 2015 studio.

And in 2017 it is NOT AVAILABLE
