How to add extra files to exe in steam works?

I have an executable file, but for it to work, I need more files and folders with textures. The question is how to add them?

I see here, only the field for exe. Or does steam itself automatically take all the files from the folder?

There is a Working Dir. You write the path to the game directory there, you write the relative path to the executable.
