How to add English menu language to Russian Visual Studio 2008?

Many add-ons assume the presence of an English menu and fall into an error when they see a Russian one.

There are options in switching the language:
1) Russian
2) Windows language (also Russian)

Maybe you can install some DLL pack so that the 3rd option appears in the list - English?

or replace the DLL menu group manually?

Install the English version of the studio. Then the option to change the language will appear in the menu.

if you copy from the English studio from the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ directory
to a similar Russian studio only: 1033 and en
, then it becomes possible to switch the language from the studio menu, but
when you enter the options, it swears at WebDeveloper and disables it (as a plug-in)
