How to add different filters to different export profiles?

Export handlers are located in "/bitrix/php_interface/include/catalog_export/". Let's say I need Yandex (I'm editing "yandex_run.php"), and all profiles created based on this handler will be processed by the "yandex_run" file. What if a non-standard filter is added to the file (for example, by infoblock property), and this filter should not be present in another profile of the same handler?
