How to add data to custom post type from contact form 7?

Hello!
On the site, I use custom post type to display reviews, but now I can only create reviews on my own from the admin panel, then displaying them on the site.
In order for the user to write a review, I use the Contact Form 7 plugin. How to send data from the completed form to the custom post type database?
