How to add data to an Excel cell using C#?

Can you please tell me the normal way to add data to an Excel table cell using C#.
The task is as follows: there is a template file, you need to throw data from the database into certain cells. The only C# module I have found to work with Office 2016 is MiniExcel . Unfortunately, I have not yet figured out how to use this module.
