Simply transmitting sound (microphone, speaker) is enough. But ideally, I would like the call acceptance button to work.
With a soldering iron on you. I just can not find a small module that can connect to wireless headphones.

I guess that won't work. Bluetooth modules for homemade work in pairs, one in transmitter mode, the second in receiver mode. A ready-made bluetooth headset cannot be connected to such a module.
As far as I know, there are DECT phones in nature that support connecting a wireless headset.
