How to add Bitrix information block?

The site has a section with articles, there is an information block with prices. How to add a block with prices depending on the tags of the article to the article detail view page.
When adding an article, there is a field for selecting tags, in the information block there is a binding of prices to tags.
How exactly to display it on the page?

Connect the news list component, select an infoblock with prices. Pass filter (FILTER_NAME parameter)
