How to add background to jsp?

Hello everyone, I have this question:
I need to set an image on the background of the block using css, I just can’t connect it in jsp. All web files are stored in the WEB-INF folder, pages in the pages folder, css in the css folder, backgrounds in the img folder. Tried different ways of writing the path - nothing works, what could be the problem? What is the correct way to write the path in this situation?
