How to add application rights?

Hello. I created the simplest WebView application on sketchware (constructor) for my ad site. Everything seems to work, but problems with "tel:073379" (trying to open a page with such a link, instead of calling), "mailto:" and loading photos when adding a new ad. The "upload image" button just doesn't click. And in the chrome browser everything works fine. And dials numbers, and loads pictures. What did I miss?
