How to add an exclusion rule to unicorn for a specific url?

How to add an exclusion rule for a specific url in the unicorn settings? The fact is that I upload users to the site via a csv file, with large volumes unicorn returns a timeout error (60 sec.). Is it possible to add an exclusion rule to the settings? if so, how? if not, what is the best way to do it? Tell me please.
