Which payment system to choose for working with clients from the USA?

Help me choose a payment system for automated acceptance of payments from customers, mostly located in the United States, with the possibility of subsequent withdrawal of money to the settlement account of a legal entity. persons in Russia. It is desirable, but not required, to have a Rails gem, or some other quick way to connect the system to a running application.
Are there any other options besides PayPal, which disturbs my peace of mind with incessant document requests?
EDIT
I explored 2 options I liked: 2checkout and fastspring. I liked the last one better at first. They have a simpler personal account interface, the integration process is more clearly described. But after a while, this simplicity began to cause a feeling of unfinished business. But in the 2checkout interface, on the contrary, everything becomes clear with time. Debugging payment on a separate sandbox site no longer raises the thought: “Yes, hell, even register here, or something,” and you understand that this is convenient. When registering for 2checkout, their employee called me and introduced himself as a personal manager. And later, on all issues, I already wrote not to the soulless system of tickets, but to "friend Brian". I liked it very much. And their manager responds much faster than fastspring support. At the time of writing this text, 24 hours have passed since I asked them a question,
On the github at 2co, a large number of libraries, probably for all programming languages. I needed a gem for rails, so they had three examples. The fastspring gem is written for the outdated Rails version 3.
In general, for now I decided to stick with 2checkout.

@Zex0n

https://stripe.com/pricing ( https://github.com/stripe/stripe-ruby )
https://www.2checkout.com/pricing/ ( https://github.com/2Checkout/2checkout-ruby )
https://www.payumoney.com/ ( https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0fNNTGY4w... ) (There is some integration with ActiveMerchant and OffsitePayments, but maybe only for Indian version )
But, in addition to pricing, you probably also need to study the contract for the complexity of registration and execution

authorize.net
stripe.com
The only point is to use them if the stick is turned off for the RF then other services will follow them.

@Aquary

The FastSpring aggregator accepts money from PPs and cards for subscriptions, and also bank transfers for one-time payments. Withdrawal to any bank account anywhere, incl. in RF.

I don't like PayPal (sorry). 2checkout - took note, merci. I am currently talking with wallet one on this topic.
