On the github at 2co, a large number of libraries, probably for all programming languages. I needed a gem for rails, so they had three examples. The fastspring gem is written for the outdated Rails version 3.

The FastSpring aggregator accepts money from PPs and cards for subscriptions, and also bank transfers for one-time payments. Withdrawal to any bank account anywhere, incl. in RF.
