How to add an Autodesk partcommunity model to Fusion 360?

Good afternoon. I started to master Autodesk Fusion 360. And immediately I ran into a problem - the inability to add a model from the standard library of the Autodesk community.
I do it like this:

I open in Fusion Insert-->insert a manufacterer part

After on the site I select the desired model and press <K Autodesk Fusion 360>

After appears in the browser <Open in NLauncher Application>

And after that, absolutely nothing happens. I saw many people have this problem, but there is no solution. I've already broken my head how to solve this problem? I would be very grateful for your help in resolving this issue. Thank you.
